1. Tom will travel at his own expense in the USA and in
highly developed nations* provided the host will allow him to receive his
own offering each time he speaks;
2. Otherwise it is customary for the host to provide
travel and accommodations plus donate an honorarium.
3. You can also choose to cover travel and
accommodations, and receive a love offering for his ministry.
