Do you need help securing visas for
the Retreat for Ministers?
Every year we receive nearly a
thousand requests from ministers in developing
countries asking to come to the meeting. They desperately need letters of
invitation, one for them and another for the consulate office to help secure
their visas. Because of the burden of sending all these letters, we now require
each minister to mail in their request for these two letters. The guidelines to
receive one letter of invitation and a letter made for the consulate office (but
sent to you) are the following:
1. On
your ministry letterhead request an invitation to attend the Convention. Include
your Full Name and your passport number. Make sure a valid address is on the
letterhead. We will not send letters to any other address other than the one on
the letterhead.
2.
Enclose $10 US Dollars (10 Euros or 10 British Pounds are acceptable). The money
is non refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. For multiple
invitations to one ministry, send $10 US Dollars for each individual invitation.
(Example: three invitations to one ministry, send $30)
3.
Place proper stamps and mail it to us at:

Once we
receive your request we will mail to your office two letters: one written to you
and another for your consulate office. You must arrange the meeting with the
consulate and take the letters to them. We will NOT send any letters, or fax any
letters to the consulate, nor will we call the consulate on your behalf. We
cannot guarantee that you will be given a visa. There will be no reason,
including failure to secure a visa, for any refund of the $10 dollars. You are
sending it at your own risk! Remember, we not responsible for any lost or stolen
mail.
We wish you the best and hope
you can secure your visa and make it to the Retreat for Ministers.
